Her er en let hummus dip, der sagtens kunne gå hen og blive din favorit.

Det skal du bruge:

* 1 dåse forkogte kikærter

* 1-2 hvidløgsfed

* 1 spsk. citronsaft

* ½-1 dl koldpresset olivenolie

* Hakket frisk persille

* ½-1 spsk. sesamfrø

* 1 tsk. spidskommen

* Salt & peber

Sådan her gør du:

Blend alt sammen til en tyk masse. Lækker til både kylling og grøntsager. Hummusen holder sig fint i køleskabet nogle dage, og kan også fryses.
